Lessons Learnt from APFP in Malaysia

While the Malaysia Component was executed in accordance with the annual work plan and budget, several key insights were gained throughout the process, particularly regarding how to optimize the effectiveness of various actions towards achieving desired outcomes in a large, multi-disciplinary, and multi-stakeholder project such as the APFP. With a commitment to continuous improvement, this booklet aims to distill the essential lessons learned from implementing the Malaysia Component. The objective is to integrate these lessons into sustainable peatland management practices and to apply them to similar endeavors in the future. Although some of these lessons may appear rudimentary, it is crucial to recognize that success often hinges on mastering the fundamentals and executing basic tasks proficiently. View source
